The Machine supplied with:The machine shall be HEAVY DUTY fabricated from M S POWDER COATED MILD- STEEL Structural & S S Structual Frame. Ø  INFEED CONVEYOR WITH LANE DIVIDER: -a) Online Product infeed M S POWDER conveyor shall be provided in 120°with shrink tunnel.b) Infeed conveyor shall be having SINGLELANE’s dividers.c) SINGLE Lane BOTTLE Sensor shall be provided.d) Conveyor shall be having individual gearbox motor with AC Invertors for control speed of conveyor.e) Conveyor shall be continuously driven.Ø  AUTOMATIC BOTTLE COLLATER CONVEYOR WITH GUIDER & MATRIX PUSHER SYSTEM: -a)      Bottle collator conveyor shall be imported and modular conveyor belt shall be provided.b)      Bottles shall be collating automatically as per the required matrix.c)      Pusher assembly shall be provided to push the case configuration or a MATRIX.d)      Side guider & Top Guider system shall be provided to guide the bottles and to form a required matrix without deformation of matrix.Ø  AUTOMATIC WEB SEALER WITH SEALER CONVEYOR: -a)  Highly efficient Continuously Heated & Thermostatically Controlled ALUMINUIM ALLOY Front Seal Head for providing Strong, Perfect & Neat Sealing. b) Top & Bottom film roll mounting with Motorised Unwinding system.c)  The unwinding of shrink film shall be automatic. d)  Emergency Switches & all safeties shall be Provided. e) After sealer Dead Plate shall be provided with independent provided to control the speed. Ø  SHRINK TUNNEL: -a)      A heavy Duty Shrink Tunnel shall be provided.b)      Infeed Zone, Heating Zone & Cooling Zone shall be providedc)      Mesh type belt shall be provided.d)      Tunnel shall be insulated with 3' Glass Wool.e)      S.S.
